15-Day Return Policy

At Gross Deal, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contactgrossdeal@gmail.com 

Please include:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email or invoice)
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, the team will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • Return shipping details

❗ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our warehouse facility in Asia
  • A $20 administration/restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return request is approved.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

⏳ Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed for shipment and can no longer be modified or canceled.
